Senior Business Analyst:
On behalf of our aviation sector client, Procom is searching for a Senior Business Analyst for a 5 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Senior Business Analyst - Job Description:
Our client is seeking a full-time contract Business Analyst to support delivery on the Cybersecurity DLP program until the end of Dec 2026. The role will focus on setting up DLP and sequencing deployment waves, planning and facilitating stakeholder workshops and communications, and supporting cross-tenant BA activities including Microsoft licensing/configuration needs, discovery sessions, reporting, support process design, Operational Readiness Planning (ORP), and the development of enablement materials (QRGs, FAQs) and program support mailbox triage.

Senior Business Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Set up DLP and sequence deployment waves for Sunwing
• Plan and facilitate stakeholder workshops and communications
• Support cross-tenant BA activities including Microsoft licensing/configuration needs
• Conduct discovery sessions and reporting
• Design support processes and Operational Readiness Planning (ORP)
• Develop enablement materials (QRGs, FAQs) and manage program support mailbox triage

Senior Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of BA experience on enterprise security, IAM, or M365 programs
• Strong workshop facilitation and exec-ready communication skills
• Ability to operate confidently across multiple tenants and stakeholder groups
• Prior experience supporting DLP programs
• Experience with post-merger/post-acquisition integration programs
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies and enterprise reporting tools
• Experience supporting Operational Readiness Planning (ORP) or hypercare transitions

Senior Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Aviation, transportation, or regulated-industry experience
• Proficient in M365 applications and PMI project delivery framework

Senior Business Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position until the end of December 2026.
