Senior Business Analyst - Credit Cards:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Business Analyst - Credit Cards for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Business Analyst - Credit Cards - Job Description:
The contractor will support product and portfolio analytics initiatives across the credit card business. They will work closely with squads focused on credit portfolio management, product performance, customer insights, and strategic analytics to help drive business decisions and portfolio outcomes.

Senior Business Analyst - Credit Cards - Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product partners, and portfolio analytics teams
• Support credit card product and portfolio management initiatives
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of card products and customer journeys
• Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leaders
• Work within cross-functional squads to drive strategic initiatives

Senior Business Analyst - Credit Cards - Mandatory Skills:
• Business Analyst experience - 8 years
• Product Knowledge - 3 years
• Experience in a consultative role focusing on data analysis - 3 years
• Previous experience in the Credit Card business (Banking or credit card industry)
• Experience manipulating and synthesizing large volumes of complex information
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and statistical analysis techniques
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders

Senior Business Analyst - Credit Cards – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Digital analytics experience (Adobe)
• Direct Banking experience

Senior Business Analyst - Credit Cards – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
