On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Business Analyst/Data Analyst - Enterprise Data, AI Solutions for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Business Analyst/Data Analyst - Enterprise Data, AI Solutions - Job Description:
The project involves internal development to build enterprise data and AI solutions. The role supports ongoing projects within the CIAM and Fraud Solutions business unit, enhancing AI capabilities and data management practices.

Senior Business Analyst/Data Analyst - Enterprise Data, AI Solutions - Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement AI solutions
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions
• Write technical documentation and project roadmaps
• Participate in Agile project management activities
• Conduct risk management within regulated environments
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines

Senior Business Analyst/Data Analyst - Enterprise Data, AI Solutions - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of risk management within FI or healthcare
• 5+ years of Business or Data Analyst experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with a Master's degree
• Understanding of Project Management and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in writing technical documentation
• Experience with Python and SQL
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Clarity, and SharePoint
• Experience with CoPilot

Senior Business Analyst/Data Analyst - Enterprise Data, AI Solutions – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• AI, Data science, or Cloud certifications
• Background in Data Science
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills

This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.
