Senior Business Analyst (HCM):
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Senior Business Analyst (HCM) for a long-term role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Edmonton office.

Senior Business Analyst (HCM) - Job Description:
The Senior Business Analyst will work on the Enterprise Commons (EC) Program with the Human Capital Management Stream (HCM). The role focuses on the Workforce Software (WFS) Time and Attendance Module, providing advice to IT projects of varying complexity and magnitude.

Senior Business Analyst (HCM) - Responsibilities:
• Update documented current business processes for Human Resources and related modules
• Provide input and review relevant design documents, including solution design
• Develop User Acceptance Test (UAT) artifacts such as test scripts, test cases, test conditions, and expected results
• Assist the Module Lead in facilitating stakeholder meetings
• Provide recommendations on risk identification and risk mitigation strategies
• Participate in data conversions and perform data validations for Mock Conversion and Cutover
• Lead testing sessions in UAT to support business area testers

Senior Business Analyst (HCM) - Mandatory Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated business systems analysis experience for Cloud ERP solutions
• Experience with Data Validation and Cutover activities
• Competent in using Google Suite
• Can write SQL queries
• 7+ Years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Business Systems Analysis

Senior Business Analyst (HCM) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation or equivalent certification
• Experience working with Workforce Software
• SAP Cloud experience
• Understanding of full-cycle payroll processing
• CBAP designation

Senior Business Analyst (HCM) – Assignment Length:
This is a long-term contract position.

Senior Business Analyst (HCM) - Start Date:
ASAP.

Senior Business Analyst (HCM) - Assignment Location:
Edmonton, AB, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office, specifically on Mondays and Tuesdays. Additional in-office days may be required with the System Implementor partner.
