On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Business Analyst - Invoicing and Procurement (P2P) for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Business Analyst - Invoicing and Procurement (P2P) - Job Description:
As a Business Analyst in bank's Finance group, you'll support the Accounts Payable function within Settlement Operations. The role involves a mix of project-based and operational work, focusing on automation initiatives and process improvements.

Senior Business Analyst - Invoicing and Procurement (P2P) - Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day accounts payable activities, including invoice processing and resolving discrepancies.
• Plan, execute, control, and close out projects or work packages, ensuring delivery against defined scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with business partners to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and generate regular updates for management.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with bank's standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and obtain sign-offs from leadership teams.

Senior Business Analyst - Invoicing and Procurement (P2P) - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of business analysis experience
• Experience supporting Accounts Payable or related functions
• Experience with Coupa, PeopleSoft, and SAP General Ledger
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Microsoft Project, Teams, SharePoint
• Banking/financial industry experience

Senior Business Analyst - Invoicing and Procurement (P2P) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Procure to pay
• Experience with invoicing and procurement
• Banking experience
• Experience with Jira and Confluence

Senior Business Analyst - Invoicing and Procurement (P2P) – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence on Wednesday, Thursday, and the 4th Friday of the month.
