Senior Business Analyst:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Senior Business Analyst for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

Senior Business Analyst - Job Description:
The Cross Border Data Clearance (CBDC) Specialist is an execution-focused role within the Enterprise Data Office (EDO), aimed at supporting the delivery and operationalization of CBDC Standard. This involves collaborating with stakeholders, drafting procedures, and automating processes through AI to streamline data clearance activities.

Senior Business Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Support workstream leads in researching CBDC operational best practices
• Assist in mapping operational process flows and identifying CBDC clearance triggers
• Draft, format, and refine EDO's internal CBDC procedures
• Deliver and track training completion within EDO
• Execute periodic CBDC controls and resolve identified gaps
• Collect data, retrieve historical clearances, and prepare data transfer submissions
• Track submissions through approval workflows and address inquiries
• Organize approved clearances and control execution records into audit-ready documents
• Negotiate and resolve conflicts among stakeholder groups

Senior Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Privacy, Compliance, or Operational Risk
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder interfacing
• Execution-focused with a practical "get-things-done" attitude
• Extremely organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Self-starter, flexible, innovative, and adaptive

Senior Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:i
• Understanding of data residency requirements and lawful transfer mechanisms
• Experience with global regulatory frameworks for data handling
• Ability to leverage AI for process efficiencies
• Experience in privacy risk management activities

Senior Business Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year contract position.
