Senior Business Analyst - Secure Service Edge
On behalf of our client, Procom is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst;

Senior Business Analyst - Secure Service Edge Job Details Provide Business Analysis and Change Management services to support the implementation of Secure Service Edge (SSE), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), VPN replacement, and SD-WAN capabilities, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, architecture and operational readiness activities, ServiceNow integration, testing, training, governance, communications, and transition to operations.

The consultant will be responsible for:

• Project Initiation, Stakeholder Assessment & Requirements Gathering (Months 1-2)
• Current-State Network, Security & Connectivity Assessment (Months 1-3)
• Business Requirements, Process Design & Future-State Architecture Support (Months 2-4)
• SD-WAN Site Assessment, Connectivity Modelling & Pilot Planning (Months 3-5)
• SSE/ZTNA Design Validation, VPN Replacement Planning & ServiceNow Requirements (Months 3-6)
• Change Impact Assessment, Communications & Adoption Strategy (Months 4-7)
• Pilot Deployment Support, Testing Coordination & User Acceptance Testing (Months 5-8)
• Operational Support Model, Runbooks & Knowledge Articles (Months 6-9)
• Training, Knowledge Transfer & Operational Readiness Activities (Months 8-11)
• Transition to Operations, Benefits Realization & Project Closeout Support (Months 10-12+)

Senior Business Analyst - Secure Service Edge Mandatory Skills

• Consulting Statement of Work
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is preferred or similar certification.
• 2. Experience:
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in large-scale transitions or IT projects.
• Proven experience in workflow and process mapping, contract analysis, and vendor management.
• Familiarity with STRA, PIA, and other regulatory compliance processes.
• 3. Skills
• Strong analytical, time management, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for engaging stakeholders.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Visio, Smartsheet, Excel, Jira and any other project management software.
