Senior Business Analyst:
On behalf of our public sector client, Procom is searching for a Senior Business Analyst for a 12-month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Senior Business Analyst - Job Description:
This role involves working on diverse business and technological projects, focusing on business process engineering and digital transformation initiatives. The Senior Business Analyst will engage with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements, providing comprehensive I&IT business analysis services.

Senior Business Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Provide a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services
• Interact with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business needs
• Advise on business analysis policies, processes, and standards
• Identify and document business processes (AS IS & TO BE)
• Lead business analysis to assess client’s business problems and opportunities
• Apply re-engineering concepts for business improvements
• Participate in procurement and RFP development
• Conduct business analysis in alignment with project methodologies

Senior Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• University/Community College degree in Computer Science / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Certification in Business Analysis and change management is an asset
• 10 years of experience in IT projects and business analysis
• Experience leading requirements activities on medium-to-large projects
• Experience with business process engineering and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Senior Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of QA and testing methodologies
• Experience in Data Analytics
• Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA)
• Public sector experience
• Awareness of emerging I&IT trends and technologies

Senior Business Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with potential for extension.

ASAP.

Senior Business Analyst - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in-office per week.
