On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Business Operations Analyst - Payments for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Business Operations Analyst - Payments - Job Description:
As a Senior Business Operations Analyst - Payments, you will play a key role in a payment transformation and delivery project within the Alternative Solutions Group. This role involves modernizing operational processes through automation and AI-driven solutions, enhancing the efficiency and control of payment operations.

Senior Business Operations Analyst - Payments - Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows for payment operations and reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain automated test cases and regression testing frameworks for payment systems.
• Support reconciliation and balancing activities across various payment ecosystems.
• Analyze operational and payment data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Senior Business Operations Analyst - Payments - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in payments operations, reconciliation, and settlement processes.
• Strong background in process automation using Python, SQL, Power Automate, Alteryx, or UiPath.
• Experience with test automation, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Strong data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled solutions and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Senior Business Operations Analyst - Payments – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in large transformation programs.
• Experience with top 5 banking institutions.

Senior Business Operations Analyst - Payments – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
