On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - AI, Copilot Studio for a long-term role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Business Systems Analyst - AI, Copilot Studio - Job Description:
The project involves supporting a foundational AI initiative, Co-Pilot Studio, by collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain delivery momentum. The role focuses on translating stakeholder direction into actionable backlog items and ensuring effective planning and execution.

Senior Business Systems Analyst - AI, Copilot Studio - Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, and business stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum across active workstreams.
• Translate stakeholder direction from working sessions into clear backlog items with defined acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a structured, current, and prioritized backlog to support effective planning and sprint execution.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-up actions, and decision tracking to ensure timely progression of agreed activities.
• Report consistently on status, risks, dependencies, and decisions to support informed stakeholder action.
• Document key requirements and decisions in clear, concise artifacts that support execution and continuity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve coordination issues and remove impediments to delivery.
• Communicate progress, priorities, and next steps concisely to maintain stakeholder alignment.

Senior Business Systems Analyst - AI, Copilot Studio - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience as a BSA (5 plus years)
• AI experience (2 years)

Senior Business Systems Analyst - AI, Copilot Studio – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Co-Pilot Studio
• Banking experience

Senior Business Systems Analyst - AI, Copilot Studio – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position until July 2027, with the possibility of extension or conversion.
