Senior Business Systems Analyst/Data Analyst - QRM x3:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Business Systems Analyst/Data Analyst - QRM x3 for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Business Systems Analyst/Data Analyst - QRM x3 - Job Description:
This project involves vendor integration to enhance current systems and ensure alignment with business needs. The role focuses on implementing the QRM platform and supporting related initiatives to drive successful project outcomes.

Senior Business Systems Analyst/Data Analyst - QRM x3 - Responsibilities:
• Analyze and reconcile large datasets to drive business requirements and solutions.
• Collaborate with business lines to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to ALM, liquidity management, FTP, and SIRR.
• Lead requirements workshops and create artifacts such as data flow diagrams and process models.
• Assist in testing efforts through scenario definition, defect triage, and requirements traceability.
• Implement QRM platform by aligning it with business objectives.
• Author user stories and acceptance criteria using JIRA and Confluence.
• Develop and maintain data lineage, catalogs, and control documentation.

Senior Business Systems Analyst/Data Analyst - QRM x3- Mandatory Skills:
• Diagramming skills.
• Intimate use of AI.
• Proven ability to translate business rules into technology requirements.
• Strong experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Hands-on expertise in data integration and process documentation.
• Proficiency in creating data/process flow diagrams.
• Solid understanding of financial products and interest rate risk management.

Senior Business Systems Analyst/Data Analyst - QRM x3 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Coding experience.
• Experience with QRM or ALM vendor solutions.

Senior Business Systems Analyst/Data Analyst - QRM x3 – Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension or conversion.
