Senior Business Systems Analyst:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a 1-year role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Edmonton, AB office.

Senior Business Systems Analyst - Job Description:
The Client is implementing a Utilities Asset Management System. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will manage the day-to-day administration, configuration, security, performance, integration, and continuous improvement of this system, ensuring it aligns with the operational and business requirements of Utilities.

Senior Business Systems Analyst  - Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, and parameters
• Manage user accounts, roles, and security permissions
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with governance standards
• Coordinate and monitor system integrations and interfaces
• Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and testing
• Provide application support and troubleshoot issues
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics
• Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
• Manage vendor relationships and service agreements
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization

Senior Business Systems Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management Systems or CMMS
• Knowledge of work management and maintenance processes
• Strong skills in system configuration and administration
• Proficiency in data management and quality assurance
• Expertise in system integrations and API management
• Ability to develop reports and dashboards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Senior Business Systems Analyst  – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Knowledge of utilities systems and operations
• Experience in change management and continuous improvement
• Vendor management and negotiation skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management

Senior Business Systems Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year term position.
