Senior Business Systems Analyst - IAM:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - IAM for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Business Systems Analyst - IAM - Job Description:
This role involves supporting workforce and identity management projects, focusing on authentication and authorization. The position is a backfill and project support role within the Identity Access Management (IAM) domain.

Senior Business Systems Analyst - IAM - Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal teams to support IAM projects
• Analyze and document business systems and processes
• Participate in meetings, spending approximately 4 hours per day
• Ensure project timelines and deadlines are met
• Engage in knowledge transfer and training as needed

Senior Business Systems Analyst - IAM - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
• In-depth knowledge of Identity Access Management
• Experience in enterprise-level environments, preferably within banking or financial institutions
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Detail-oriented

Senior Business Systems Analyst - IAM – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Agile or PM certifications (PM is preferred)
• Strong Agile experience

Senior Business Systems Analyst - IAM – Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.

ASAP.

Senior Business Systems Analyst - IAM - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
