On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Payments Digital transformation for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

This role supports a new digital transformation project within the payments domain. The focus is on enhancing business systems to drive innovation and growth, bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution.

Senior Business Systems Analyst - Payments Digital transformation - Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes and recommend system enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into system specifications and collaborate with technology partners.
• Support testing efforts and assist in implementation activities to achieve business outcomes.
• Act as the main liaison between business leadership and technical teams.
• Continuously enhance knowledge in technology trends and business domains.

Senior Business Systems Analyst - Payments Digital transformation - Mandatory Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology.
• Proficiency in analytical software tools and MS Office.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and business systems integration.
• Experience in the banking or financial institution sector.

Senior Business Systems Analyst - Payments Digital transformation – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with SQL, data analytics, and business intelligence platforms.
• CBAP, PMP, Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with Github and Copilot.

Senior Business Systems Analyst - Payments Digital transformation – Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.
