Senior Business Systems Analyst:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a 18 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Business Systems Analyst - Job Description:
The project involves migrating to a new learning management system (LMS) to enhance learning application management activities. The role includes acting as a business lead and functional business specialist, managing relationships with technology and business consumers, and contributing to strategy execution.

Senior Business Systems Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Lead application strategy, delivery, and performance for learning applications
• Manage deployment and change initiatives related to learning applications
• Provide SME input into project artifacts such as ideation and business cases
• Ensure compliance with risk/privacy guidelines and enterprise application practices
• Support daily operational tasks like incident triage, system consulting, and vendor management
• Collaborate with business partners to suggest system changes and participate in large enterprise programs as an SME

Senior Business Systems Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong experience with learning technologies/applications (e.g., Cornerstone, SumTotal, Degreed, Workday)
• 5+ years of Business Application Analyst experience
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills

Senior Business Systems Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Workday Learning experience
• Learning technology certifications
• Large corporation/enterprise level experience
• Strong Agile experience

Senior Business Systems Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 18 month contract position with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada - Hybrid, with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
