On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Workday Recruiting, Workday Acquire/Talent for an 18-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Senior Business Systems Analyst - Workday Recruiting, Workday Acquire/Talent - Job Description:
The project involves Workday Acquire/Talent Acquisition Modernization, focusing on enhancing and automating business processes. The candidate will support configuration tasks, collaborate with Product Owners and BSAs, and thrive in an agile environment with a strong understanding of Workday’s no-code configuration model.

Senior Business Systems Analyst - Workday Recruiting, Workday Acquire/Talent - Responsibilities:
• Configure Workday Recruiting and Acquire/Talent modules based on requirements
• Participate in design sessions to understand business needs
• Demo Workday product features to stakeholders
• Break down work into stories and tasks in Jira
• Collaborate with BSAs to ensure alignment with business requirements
• Answer questions related to AI models within Workday Recruit

Senior Business Systems Analyst - Workday Recruiting, Workday Acquire/Talent - Mandatory Skills:
• 2+ years as a Business Application Analyst in a financial industry or large enterprise setting
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday configurations
• 1+ year of experience specifically with Workday Recruiting
• 2+ years working in Agile environments using Jira
• Familiarity with Workday Acquire/Talent and its AI models
• Comfortable demoing Workday product capabilities

Senior Business Systems Analyst - Workday Recruiting, Workday Acquire/Talent – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Workday Pro Certification
• Experience supporting documentation cadence with BSA
• Paradox knowledge or experience
• HiredScore knowledge or experience
• Workday HCM or Security knowledge

Senior Business Systems Analyst - Workday Recruiting, Workday Acquire/Talent – Assignment Length:
This is an 18-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion based on business needs and performance.
