Senior Change and Communications Consultant:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Change and Communications Consultant for a 3-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Change and Communications Consultant - Job Description:
This role is accountable for developing and executing comprehensive communications to support the successful closure and transition of a multi-year enterprise transformation program focused on personal information remediation and records management uplift. The consultant will work closely with diverse stakeholder communities to implement change communications that drive adoption and alignment across the organization.

Senior Change and Communications Consultant - Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies for program closure.
• Engage stakeholders to support the transition to business-as-usual operations.
• Promote awareness and adoption of program outcomes and transition requirements.
• Develop key message frameworks and strategic messaging for complex initiatives.
• Align communications and change strategies with bank's methodologies.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and negotiate communication approaches.
• Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders and serve as a communication bridge.

Senior Change and Communications Consultant - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in enterprise communications, change management, and/or program delivery - 3+ years.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Understanding of change management and enterprise delivery methodologies.
• Experience applying ADKAR and structured change approaches.

Senior Change and Communications Consultant – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in financial/banking services.
• Degree/diploma in Communications, Change Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Senior Change and Communications Consultant – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position with a hard end date of October 30th, 2026.

Senior Change and Communications Consultant - Start Date:
ASAP.

Senior Change and Communications Consultant - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Hybrid work arrangement with 1 day in the office on Thursday and the 4th Friday of every month.
