Senior Communications Specialist:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Communications Specialist for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Communications Specialist - Job Description:
The project involves supporting the creation of material and content for the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). The role requires collaboration within a small team to deliver high-quality communication materials that align with business needs and performance objectives.

Senior Communications Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Support the creation of communication materials and content for the CISO
• Collaborate with team members to ensure deliverables meet quality standards
• Participate in team meetings, spending approximately 2+ hours per day
• Engage with internal stakeholders to gather information and feedback
• Adapt to changes in project scope and requirements

Senior Communications Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• 8+ years within Communications
• 10+ years of corporate/professional experience
• Security and/or Risk background
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong writing and documentation skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to pivot within a changing environment

Senior Communications Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Prior banking, financial, or highly regulated environment experience
• Technical writing

Senior Communications Specialist – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.

ASAP.

Senior Communications Specialist - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
