Senior Content Designer x 2:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Content Designer for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Content Designer x 2 - Job Description:
The project involves delivering content designs for multiple projects by creating, evaluating, and modifying language used on tools, apps, prototypes, and websites. The role requires conducting ideation sessions, developing concepts, and innovating using design thinking methodologies.

Senior Content Designer x 2 - Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize, design, and execute future-state and near-term cross-channel content experiences
• Apply user-centered design methodologies to ensure content is accessible and based on customer needs
• Collaborate with Experience Design Leads, Product Owners, and engineers to develop the best solution for customers
• Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including product ideation, user research, and post-launch evaluation
• Ensure business operations comply with applicable internal and external requirements

Senior Content Designer x 2 - Mandatory Skills:
• Plain language expertise
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Experience writing WCAG/Accessibility compliant content
• Experience getting regulatory approvals
• Willingness to collaborate
• Self-motivated, flexible, organized, and accountable
• A passion for great experience design

Senior Content Designer x 2 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• FI experience
• Public Site experience

Senior Content Designer x 2 – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract position.

ASAP.

Senior Content Designer x 2 - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 4 days in the office.
