On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Senior Copywriter for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Austin, TX office.

Senior Copywriter - Job Description:
We are seeking a Contract B2B Copywriter who will create clear, engaging content for Workplace Services Financial business and Advisor Services lines of business. The role involves crafting content for various mediums, including animated videos, websites, emails, and newsletters, while translating complex financial topics into compelling, human-centered copy.

Senior Copywriter - Responsibilities:
• Solve complex business and marketing problems with simple, engaging, intuitive client experiences.
• Be a multi-channel expert who knows best practices for crafting everything from video and print to websites and social.
• Learn, use, and evolve the “Unstuffy” voice for human-to-human communication.
• Deliver big, strategically based creative ideas based on human truths.
• Manage projects independently, while knowing when to ask for assistance.
• Engage in meetings, collaborate well with others, and offer to lend a hand wherever needed.
• Display excellent presentation skills and solve marketing partner problems strategically.

Senior Copywriter - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of professional B2B copywriting experience.
• Expertise in creating best-in-class digital content.
• Ability to balance SEO/AEO/AIO requirements with a human experience.
• Proficiency in using AI tools and systems for efficiency and creativity.
• Strong systems thinking and understanding of CMS capabilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.

Senior Copywriter – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience within financial services or corporate workplace solutions.
• Familiarity with AEO/SEO best practices.
• Understanding of the B2B sales funnel.
• Ability to creatively maximize CMS capabilities.
• Portfolio showcasing B2B writing and creative thinking.
