Senior Cost Analyst:
On behalf of our Manufacturing client, Procom is searching for a Senior Cost Analyst for an intermediate role. This position is onsite at our client’s Greeley, Colorado office.

Senior Cost Analyst - Job Description:
The Senior Cost Analyst is responsible for maintaining cost accuracy and providing financial insights across manufacturing and shared services operations. This role involves partnering with Operations, Sales, and Finance leadership to ensure cost integrity and support data-driven decision-making.

Senior Cost Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Ensure the organization’s cost structure is accurate and aligned with GAAP
• Analyze budget-to-actual variances and key operational metrics
• Oversee inventory processes to ensure accuracy and alignment
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and month-end close activities
• Conduct feasibility studies and project evaluations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate cost data into insights

Senior Cost Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar discipline
• Five years’ experience in Cost Accounting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and ERP systems
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Senior Cost Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• CPA/CMA certification
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or technology environment
• Outstanding Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with variance analysis and cost monitoring
• Ability to educate stakeholders on cost drivers and financial impacts
