On behalf of our client client, Procom is searching for a Senior CRM Project Manager / Dynamics 365 CRM for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 1 day onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Senior CRM Project Manager / Dynamics 365 CRM - Job Description:
Our client is undertaking a strategic modernization of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, including migration to the latest Dynamics 365 Cloud environment. This project involves overseeing multiple phases and go-live releases while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and organizational adoption.

Senior CRM Project Manager / Dynamics 365 CRM - Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end planning, governance, and execution of the CRM modernization program.
• Manage a multi-phase transformation roadmap with three planned production go-live releases.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, status reports, and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate program activities across business, technical, vendor, and executive stakeholder groups.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive governance forums.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, escalation paths, and change requests.
• Oversee CRM migration activities including data conversion, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

Senior CRM Project Manager / Dynamics 365 CRM - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
• 5+ years leading CRM implementation, migration, or modernization initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale enterprise software transformation programs.
• Experience leading Dynamics 365 CRM, Salesforce, or enterprise CRM transformation initiatives.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Proven stakeholder management experience across executive, business, and technical audiences.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, implementation partners, and consulting organizations.

Senior CRM Project Manager / Dynamics 365 CRM – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM migrations and cloud modernization programs.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other enterprise CRM platforms.
• Healthcare, regulatory, public-sector, association, or not-for-profit sector experience.
• Experience working within membership-based organizations.
• Prosci or similar Change Management certification.

Senior CRM Project Manager / Dynamics 365 CRM – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

ASAP.

Senior CRM Project Manager / Dynamics 365 CRM - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence approximately once per week.
