Procom is currently looking for a Senior Data Analyst for our client in the public sector

Mandatory Skills

• Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last four (4) years using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Power BI, Excel, or comparable tools to support reporting, dashboards, application monitoring, data extraction, or analysis for enterprise applications.
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last four (4) years supporting reporting, dashboarding, business intelligence, database analysis, application usage analysis, or data quality review for enterprise applications. The experience must include interpreting application data and identifying findings, trends, gaps, inconsistencies, or reporting requirements.
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience within the last four (4) years analysing or supporting metadata, data quality, taxonomy, records-management metadata, or information-management data structures. The experience must include identifying missing, inconsistent, duplicated, incorrectly structured, or insufficiently used metadata or data values.
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience within the last four (4) years analysing or supporting search, filtering, information retrieval, application monitoring, user feedback, or usage trends for an enterprise application. The experience must include using available information to identify application behaviour, user needs, search or retrieval issues, adoption patterns, or opportunities for improvement.

The scope of work of the Contract includes, but is not limited to:

The Senior Data Analyst professional will be expected to execute the following tasks during this contract, but not limited to:

• Analyze the application's SharePoint Online lists, libraries, metadata fields and app-generated information structures
• Review and interpret records declaration data, validation status, usage data, search data and user feedback
• Review metadata used for declaration, search, filtering, reporting, records management and lifecycle management
• Identify metadata gaps, inconsistencies, duplicate or missing values, field-use issues and reporting limits that affect searchability and decision-making
• Monitor usage trends, active users, declaration volumes, validation trends, frequent search terms and feedback trends
• Build and support reports and dashboards with Power BI, SharePoint list reporting, Excel and other approved Microsoft 365 tools
• Test and refine reporting, filtering, search and metadata functions across Development, UAT and Production environments
• Give the client technical observations on database structure, metadata use, reporting gaps, metrics and data quality risks

This posting is for a public sector assignment. Compensation will be determined through the competitive bidding process and will be within the approved rate structure for this assignment.
