Senior Developer:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Senior Developer for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Developer - Job Description:
The successful candidate will be involved in designing, developing, configuring, integrating, testing, and supporting Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions within a modern Java and microservices environment. This project involves enhancing and supporting existing platforms, ensuring secure and scalable integrations across web, mobile, and customer experience teams.

Senior Developer - Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions
• Configure and integrate Guidewire solutions within Java and microservices environments
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver secure integrations
• Support the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to production support
• Conduct testing, deployment, and enhancements of solutions

Senior Developer - Mandatory Skills:
• Extensive experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter
• Proficiency in Gosu programming and Guidewire customization
• Strong Java fundamentals
• Experience with Spring Boot microservices
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Proficiency in API integrations and web services
• Experience with integration and automated regression testing

Senior Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Guidewire ACE certification
• Familiarity with MongoDB for microservice use cases
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Knowledge of secure API design and OAuth2
• Familiarity with cloud and DevOps practices

Senior Developer – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office.
