Senior Developer:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Senior Developer for an initial contract to December 24, 2026 role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Senior Developer - Job Description:
The Senior Developer will be involved in the development and completion of high-quality systems that leverage appropriate technology. The role includes participation in new technology investigations and leading technical projects. This position requires staying current with technological trends and mentoring junior development staff.

Senior Developer - Responsibilities:
• Complete well-designed systems of high quality under supervision
• Develop personal plans and task details for work completion and status communication
• Maintain currency in technological trends and directions
• Participate and lead in new technology investigations
• Lead technical projects and mentor junior development staff

Senior Developer - Mandatory Skills:
• Computer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent working experience
• Expert knowledge of current information systems theories, concepts, and techniques
• Experience with Visual Studio (C#, .NET), Angular, PL/SQL, Oracle 19g, Snowflake, Microsoft Power Platform
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for interactions with varying levels of technical expertise
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience
• Ability to work independently and prioritize assignments

Senior Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Practical experience in the financial industry
• Resourcefulness and creativity
• Good judgment in problem-solving
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Experience with formal change management concepts/procedures

Senior Developer – Assignment Length:
The contract is initially until December 24, 2026, with potential renewal into 2027 once budgets are approved.

Senior Developer - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office.
