Senior DevOps Engineer:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior DevOps Engineer for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior DevOps Engineer - Job Description:
The project involves maintaining operations and addressing technical debt within the Global Asset Management line of business. The role includes modernizing and influencing technology decisions, specifically focusing on migration initiatives from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise.

Senior DevOps Engineer - Responsibilities:
• Lead migration initiatives from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise
• Serve as SME for deploying Azure solutions supporting web applications
• Set up DevOps automation and enforce DevOps standards through workflow automation
• Design and support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code models
• Standardize pipelines/workflows, automation frameworks, and deployment governance across enterprise environments
• Engage with stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally within the team

Senior DevOps Engineer - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise
• Proven experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with policy and DevOps standards enforcement through workflow automation
• Strong understanding of Azure identity, secrets management, and access control
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience implementing logging, monitoring, alerting, and operational observability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Senior DevOps Engineer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous banking experience
• Experience with ServiceNow, SNYK, and HashiCorp Vault
• Familiarity with CyberArk
• Experience with Jira
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and Databricks

Senior DevOps Engineer – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with potential for extension or conversion to full-time employment.

Senior DevOps Engineer - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada - Hybrid work arrangement with in-office presence required every Thursday and one Friday per month.
