Senior Digital UX Content Designer – Mobile (Native Apps & Responsive Web):
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Digital UX Content Designer – Mobile (Native Apps & Responsive Web) for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Senior Digital UX Content Designer – Mobile (Native Apps & Responsive Web) - Job Description:
The Content Designer will lead content strategy and direction for the client acquisition experience across the bank’s Consumer Banking Mega Journey. They will partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to define how the experience communicates, from first touch to funded account, focusing on owning the voice, information architecture, and plain-language standards.

Senior Digital UX Content Designer – Mobile (Native Apps & Responsive Web) - Responsibilities:
• Lead content thinking within the squad and influence roadmap and prioritization from a content and clarity lens
• Align stakeholders around one voice and content approach
• Mentor peers on writing and content strategy
• Elevate the team's craft and act as a trusted content voice with senior partners and compliance
• Work daily with product owners, scrum masters, business analysts, developers, QA, and legal and compliance partners

Senior Digital UX Content Designer – Mobile (Native Apps & Responsive Web) - Mandatory Skills:
• A post-secondary education, ideally with a university degree or college diploma
• At least 4 years of writing experience at a creative agency or in-house creative team
• Deep UX writing and content design expertise for native apps and responsive web, mobile-first
• Experience shaping and scaling content within complex design systems
• Fluency in Lean UX and leading content work inside Agile dev teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Proficiency in English

Senior Digital UX Content Designer – Mobile (Native Apps & Responsive Web) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Financial services or other regulated-industry content experience
• Advanced Figma skills for designing content in context
• Bilingual in French
• A working knowledge of accessibility standards
• A portfolio of work samples showcasing copywriting work

Senior Digital UX Content Designer – Mobile (Native Apps & Responsive Web) – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
