Senior Director, Global Delivery Lead - Data Retention:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Senior Director, Global Delivery Lead - Data Retention for a 13-month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Waterloo, Ontario office.

Senior Director, Global Delivery Lead - Data Retention - Job Description:
The Global Data Retention Management Program aims to address enterprise needs by reducing cyber, privacy, and regulatory risks while improving data asset control. This role involves establishing and leading the program office, building the roadmap, and driving execution across a globally distributed organization.

Senior Director, Global Delivery Lead - Data Retention - Responsibilities:
• Own integrated delivery across discovery, planning, execution, and transition to sustainable business-as-usual controls.
• Establish and run the program management office, including the integrated roadmap and master schedule.
• Design and operate program governance with clear decision rights and accountabilities.
• Lead multiple project managers, workstream leads, and delivery partners.
• Develop executive communication and reporting models covering progress, outcomes, and risks.
• Create and maintain stakeholder, governance, communications, change, and adoption plans.
• Partner with business groups to sequence work based on risk, readiness, and capacity.
• Ensure delivery evidence, controls, and reporting are clear and suitable for senior management review.
• Manage vendors and systems integrators, including scope, deliverables, and quality.

Senior Director, Global Delivery Lead - Data Retention - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of experience leading large, complex enterprise programs in financial services or a highly regulated industry
• Demonstrated success building and running a large program office
• Strong command of program governance, integrated planning, and executive reporting
• Experience delivering programs in data governance, data management, or related domains
• Ability to translate strategy and risk objectives into practical work packages
• Experience leading federated programs with central standards and governance
• Working knowledge of structured and unstructured data environments

Senior Director, Global Delivery Lead - Data Retention – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Enterprise data governance or data lifecycle management experience
• Experience in cyber risk reduction or regulatory remediation
• Operating-model design and organizational change experience
• Familiarity with Agile and traditional delivery methods

Senior Director, Global Delivery Lead - Data Retention – Assignment Length:
This is an approximately 13-month contract position.

Senior Director, Global Delivery Lead - Data Retention - Start Date:
ASAP.

Senior Director, Global Delivery Lead - Data Retention - Assignment Location:
Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role with in-office presence required 2 times per month.
