Senior Finance Consultant:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Finance Consultant for a 14 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Finance Consultant - Job Description:
The Senior Finance Consultant will join our Business Management team to support a portfolio of Technology teams. This role involves providing financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and business management support across a complex technology portfolio. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to Technology leaders, helping ensure effective management of budgets and financial activities.

Senior Finance Consultant - Responsibilities:
• Lead financial management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Partner with Technology leaders to develop annual budgets and financial plans
• Monitor actuals against forecasts and provide insights and recommendations
• Support financial planning activities, including reforecasts and funding requirements
• Provide financial guidance to ensure portfolio decisions align with financial objectives
• Act as a Business Management partner to assigned Technology portfolio teams
• Provide guidance on financial management, funding, approvals, and vendor management
• Support contract renewals and ongoing vendor financial management
• Assist with requisitions and Purchase Order requests
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders

Senior Finance Consultant - Mandatory Skills:
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in Finance Consulting or similar roles
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling
• Experience with developing and presenting data to high-level stakeholders
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Power BI and PowerPoint
• Strong accessible communication skills
• Teamwork and problem-solving abilities

Senior Finance Consultant – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• IT Industry experience
• Finance or relevant business education

Senior Finance Consultant – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position with an end date of October 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension.

Senior Finance Consultant - Start Date:
ASAP.

Senior Finance Consultant - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days in the office.
