Senior FrontEnd Engineer:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior FrontEnd Engineer for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior FrontEnd Engineer - Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Global Security team in the Security Insights and AI department. The role involves working on complex development initiatives, delivering high-quality frontend components, and solutions across multiple platforms.

Senior FrontEnd Engineer - Responsibilities:
• Develop frontend components based on provided wireframes and design specifications
• Implement frontend development frameworks to achieve the best user experience
• Deliver functional and tested code that meets the requirements and specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that the code is of high quality and follows best practices

Senior FrontEnd Engineer - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Vue.js, Typescript, JavaScript, and CSS
• Experience working with frontend unit testing frameworks (Vitest)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in creating/consuming APIs
• Proven experience in delivering scalable and maintainable frontend components and solutions
• Strong understanding of frontend development principles, patterns, and best practices

Senior FrontEnd Engineer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience building LLM-native web applications
• Design experience with Figma
• Hands on experience with data modelling and BE-FE integration
• Understanding of Docker and other containerized platforms
• Experience with security tooling fundamentals, and observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)

Senior FrontEnd Engineer – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Hybrid role with 3 days onsite.
