Senior Full Stack Developer:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Full Stack Developer for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Full Stack Developer - Job Description:
The project involves the development and scaling of the ACT - Advisor Communication Training tool, a GenAI-powered platform for bank advisors to practice client conversations with AI-generated virtual clients. The platform is currently in production with a national rollout underway, focusing on enhancing self-serve capabilities, admin tooling, and SSO.

Senior Full Stack Developer - Responsibilities:
• Build and ship features across a Python (FastAPI) backend and React TypeScript frontend.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies with the squad.
• Collaborate with researchers to integrate and harden GenAI components, including LLM-driven virtual clients and evaluation agents.
• Write and maintain automated tests (pytest, Vitest, Testing Library) and review PRs.
• Deploy and monitor services via Helm on OpenShift; respond to production alerts.
• Use AI-powered development tools (Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar) as a standard part of the daily coding workflow.

Senior Full Stack Developer - Mandatory Skills:
• Production experience in both Python and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Experience with React and REST API development in Python
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: testing, code reviews, source control, coding standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Python/FastAPI, React TypeScript, LLM/GenAI tooling
• Familiarity with Docker/Helm/Kubernetes-OpenShift for containerization and deployment

Senior Full Stack Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience building internal dashboards or data visualization features
• Experience designing or building data pipelines for analytics or reporting use cases
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Helios, or similar)
• Experience with observability and production monitoring tooling
• Experience building or productionizing LLM/GenAI applications

Senior Full Stack Developer – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

Senior Full Stack Developer - Start Date:
ASAP.

Senior Full Stack Developer - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days in the office.
