Senior Fullstack Developer for PHSD:
On behalf of our healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Senior Fullstack Developer for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Fullstack Developer for PHSD - Job Description:
The Provincial Health Services Directory (PHSD) is focusing on enhancing its user experience and integration capabilities within electronic medical record (EMR) environments. The project involves upgrading the current platform to support eReferral workflows and SMART on FHIR integration, ensuring seamless access to healthcare services directly from EMRs.

Senior Fullstack Developer for PHSD - Responsibilities:
• Develop modern React and TypeScript applications with embedded SMART on FHIR applications within EMRs
• Implement event-driven healthcare integration using FHIR Pub/Sub or FHIR Subscription patterns
• Design and develop FHIR R4/R4B and REST APIs for healthcare provider workflows
• Implement FHIRCast-based context synchronization and support Ontario CMS standards
• Integrate advanced search capabilities using OpenSearch or Elasticsearch
• Integrate applications with NetIQ for identity and access management

Senior Fullstack Developer for PHSD - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript applications
• Proficiency with SMART on FHIR applications and EMR integration
• Experience with FHIR R4/R4B and REST API development
• Experience with FHIRCast-based context management
• Advanced search implementation using OpenSearch or Elasticsearch
• Integration with NetIQ using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT
• Experience with role-based access control

Senior Fullstack Developer for PHSD – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Google Maps capabilities for geographic service discovery
• Familiarity with Spring Boot microservices
• Knowledge of IBM Master Data Management (MDM)
• Experience with AWS cloud services
• Public sector experience

Senior Fullstack Developer for PHSD – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position with an anticipated end date based on project needs.
