Senior HR Advisor:
Procom is searching for a Senior HR Advisor for a 12 month contract. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Calgary office.

Senior HR Advisor - Job Description:
The Senior HR Advisor plays a crucial role in providing business-facing HR operational support to assigned client groups. This role involves enhancing HR processes and services, resolving complex issues, and recommending effective solutions. The advisor acts as a trusted partner, collaborating across HR functions to improve service delivery, efficiency, and employee experience.

Senior HR Advisor - Responsibilities:
• Serve as the dedicated HR Advisory representative for assigned client groups.
• Lead initiatives that enhance HR service delivery, including automation and process redesign.
• Act as a senior subject matter expert for HR systems like Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow.
• Partner with stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Represent HR Advisory on large project teams, influencing outcomes.
• Apply advanced knowledge to resolve complex issues and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze trends to recommend process, policy, or system improvements.
• Partner with HRIS and other HR teams to implement technology-enabled solutions.

Senior HR Advisor - Mandatory Skills:
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR operations experience in a business-facing role.
• Postsecondary degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, or equivalent.
• Experience with HR systems such as SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in an HR shared services environment.

Senior HR Advisor – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Oil and gas industry experience.
• CPHR designation or working toward it.
• Experience in process redesign and system optimization.
• Familiarity with self-service enablement and automation.
• Ability to analyze trends and recurring issues.

Senior HR Advisor – Assignment Length:
This is a contingent worker position for approx. 12 months.

Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This position is onsite.
