On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Senior Hyper Automation Lead for an approximately 9-month contract role. Location is Calgary, AB (hybrid).

Senior Hyper Automation Lead - Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Senior Hyper Automation Lead to lead the delivery and support of low-code automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and help business teams achieve outcomes faster. This role works with business and technology partners to identify automation opportunities, translate business needs into practical solutions, and guide a team of Automation Specialists through design, build, testing, deployment and support. It is a hands-on delivery leadership role across the full automation lifecycle.

Senior Hyper Automation Lead - Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of low-code automation solutions from opportunity assessment through design, build, testing, deployment and operational handoff
• Translate business needs and process challenges into clear delivery scope, requirements and solution approaches
• Provide functional and technical guidance to Automation Specialists, and review designs, workflows and integrations for quality and alignment with approved standards
• Manage intake and prioritization, maintain a delivery backlog, and balance new development with production support
• Ensure solutions meet architecture, security, privacy, governance and change-management requirements before release
• Oversee production support, lead investigation of complex issues, and drive continuous improvement
• Coach, mentor and develop team members while building stakeholder relationships across a matrixed organization

Senior Hyper Automation Lead - Mandatory Skills:

• Progressive experience designing, developing, deploying or supporting low-code automation, workflow, robotic process automation or related business solutions
• Experience leading delivery work and providing day-to-day direction, coaching or technical guidance to a team
• Experience translating business processes and requirements into automation solutions and technical specifications
• Experience coordinating multiple automation initiatives, priorities, stakeholders and dependencies
• Experience with solution testing, release management, production support and incident resolution
• Experience with integrations, data sources, connectors and cloud-based business applications
• Experience applying security, privacy, governance and change-management requirements
• Strong troubleshooting skills across workflows, applications, APIs, data and integrations
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills

Senior Hyper Automation Lead - Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Prior experience in aviation
• Knowledge of Snowflake

9.5 months (Nov 2026 - Aug 2027).
