Procom is currently looking for a Senior Identity Management Specialist for our client in the public sector

WHAT YOU BRING
 

• University degree or college diploma in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering, information technology, or a related discipline
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC 300) or equivalent IAM certification
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ 104), Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ 500), or a comparable certification
• 7+ years of experience in identity and access management, software engineering, systems engineering, or a combination, within the last 10 years
• 5+ years implementing Microsoft Entra ID solutions in enterprise environments within the last 10 years
• 3+ years implementing Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, or Identity Governance capabilities within the last 10 years
• 3+ years integrating enterprise applications using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, Kerberos, or Active Directory authentication services within the last 10 years
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex authentication and authorization issues in hybrid Active Directory and cloud identity environments
• Experience administering enterprise identity security solutions, including Silverfort, certificate lifecycle management platforms, machine identities, service accounts, and certificate based authentication, ideally within large public sector or highly regulated environments

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
 

• Must be based in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada
• Must be eligible to obtain Secret level security clearance (requires a minimum of 10 years of verifiable personal history)
• English required

STATEMENT OF WORK

Our client, a large public sector organization, is seeking a Senior Identity Management Specialist to configure, implement, and support identity and access management solutions across an enterprise environment built on Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory. This is a hands on role covering hybrid identity, conditional access, privileged access, and identity governance, along with automation and integration work using Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell.

Key responsibilities
 

• Configure, implement, and support identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Entra ID in enterprise environments
• Implement and maintain Conditional Access, Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Identity Governance capabilities
• Integrate enterprise applications and services using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, Kerberos, and Active Directory authentication services
• Implement and support Active Directory and Entra ID hybrid identity integrations, including troubleshooting authentication and access issues
• Develop and maintain automation and integrations using Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, and related scripting technologies
• Support Silverfort integration and operation, including authentication policy implementation and Active Directory security controlsa
• Additional related activities and deliverables as required

This posting is for a public sector assignment. Compensation will be determined through the competitive bidding process and will be within the approved rate structure for this assignment.
