Senior Information Security Analyst:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Information Security Analyst for a 3-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 

Senior Information Security Analyst - Job Description:
The Senior Information Security Analyst will lead and execute third-party cyber risk assessments of the client's global suppliers. This role involves providing specialized expertise in assessing risks and identifying security solutions to protect the organization. The analyst will also participate in department initiatives and provide complex reporting and analysis.

Senior Information Security Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with key risk stakeholders to initiate, scope, and plan third-party cyber risk assessments.
• Lead or contribute to the completion of third-party cyber risk assessments at various levels.
• Communicate cyber risk assessment results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with risk stakeholders to identify and validate risk mitigation and remediation plans.
• Complete assessments in accordance with internal procedures, industry frameworks, and best practices.
• Adhere to internal policies, technology control standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Contribute to the review of internal processes and assist in identifying improvement opportunities.
• Influence behavior to foster a strong technology risk management culture.

Senior Information Security Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of third-party cyber risk assessment experience
• Expert knowledge of IT security risk disciplines and practices
• Demonstrated ability to participate in complex projects and initiatives
• Ability to serve as a lead expert in technology controls and information security
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong collaboration skills with internal and external partners
• Strong assessment and coordination skills

Senior Information Security Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• CISSP certification
• Prior banking or financial institution experience

Senior Information Security Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a hybrid work arrangement involving 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
