Senior Infrastructure Operations / Infrastructure Support
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Senior Infrastructure Operations / Infrastructure Support for a permanent role. This position is onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Senior Infrastructure Operations / Infrastructure Support - Job Description:
This role focuses on providing best-in-class customer service and IT solutions to enable business success in competitive markets. The position involves interfacing with local and global IT partners and regional teams to deliver technical solutions, process improvements, and seamless support. The role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure, applications, business analysis, and process engineering to enhance business value through innovation and advanced technology.

Senior Infrastructure Operations / Infrastructure Support - Responsibilities:
• Develop customer relationships and provide front-end support
• Provide back-end infrastructure support, including data and voice network, server, and storage
• Deliver productivity solutions and consulting, as well as user education and training
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes
• Oversee vendor and procurement management
• Integrate services for global/regional initiatives
• Stay in sync with or ahead of the technology curve

Senior Infrastructure Operations / Infrastructure Support - Mandatory Skills:
• Infrastructure operations experience, including enterprise infrastructure support
• Strong networking fundamentals with CCNA/CCNP-level knowledge
• Hands-on physical infrastructure experience, including cabling and device installations
• Independent troubleshooting skills, able to diagnose and resolve issues
• Stakeholder and vendor interaction skills with a strong customer service mindset

Senior Infrastructure Operations / Infrastructure Support – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Cisco environments and Cisco DNA Center
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Agile environments
• Infrastructure project leadership experience
• Experience in large enterprise environments

Senior Infrastructure Operations / Infrastructure Support – Assignment Length:
This is a 1 year contract.
