Senior Interaction/Visual Designer – Loyalty Rewards:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Interaction/Visual Designer – Loyalty Rewards for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Senior Interaction/Visual Designer – Loyalty Rewards - Job Description:
This role will leverage product design and systems thinking expertise to redefine the future of the Rewards digital experience. The focus will be on enhancing ‘everyday value’ experiences, including partner offers, redemption merchandising, and integrations across platforms on both web and mobile channels.
Senior Interaction/Visual Designer – Loyalty Rewards - Responsibilities:
• Understand user interface patterns and behaviors to drive user comprehension and improve task performance
• Use visualizations and interactions to support analytic thinking with large data sets
• Facilitate design critique and evaluate interactions for inclusivity
• Facilitate ideation sessions and collaborative work activities
• Act as the interaction design subject-matter expert for the product design team
• Create complex low-fidelity sketches, wireframes, and prototypes
• Facilitate usability testing and participate in research activities
Senior Interaction/Visual Designer – Loyalty Rewards - Mandatory Skills:
• At least 7 years of product design experience, or 10 years in Interaction and Visual design roles
• Professional communication and facilitation skills
• Experience designing within retail, ecommerce, or loyalty
• Experience with responsive web and native mobile app design
• Expertise with design tools such as Figma and Mural
• Ability to articulate design strategy and rationale
• BA/BS degree in Design or related field
Senior Interaction/Visual Designer – Loyalty Rewards – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience working in agile environments
• Experience creating user journeys and wireframes
• Experience supporting user research
• Experience with Google Analytics
• MA/MS degree or certification in Design or related field
Senior Interaction/Visual Designer – Loyalty Rewards – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
