On behalf of our insurance industry client, Procom is searching for a Senior Investigator, Investigations - Intelligence and Investigative Operations for a permanent role. This position is a remote position with work arrangements in Canada.

Senior Investigator, Investigations - Intelligence and Investigative Operations - Job Description:
This role involves leading and coordinating complex fraud investigations in the insurance industry, focusing on intelligence and investigative operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and disrupt fraudulent activities, contributing to a safer insurance marketplace.

Senior Investigator, Investigations - Intelligence and Investigative Operations - Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate complex fraud investigations with internal investigators, analysts, and member insurers
• Review, assess, and synthesize intelligence information from member insurers
• Provide investigative leadership and mentorship to internal and member insurer teams
• Report suspected criminal activity and provide recommendations to leadership
• Communicate investigative findings to stakeholders through briefings and updates
• Facilitate timely and effective progression of investigations
• Build and sustain effective relationships with law enforcement and industry partners
• Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives

Senior Investigator, Investigations - Intelligence and Investigative Operations - Mandatory Skills:
• Ability to synthesize complex investigative information with analytical rigor
• Proven experience in crime analysis and intelligence development
• Advanced investigative report-writing skills
• Strong understanding of privacy legislation and regulatory requirements
• Comprehensive understanding of the P&C insurance industry and fraud investigation practices
• Significant experience in Special Investigation Unit (SIU) investigations
• Excellent verbal, written, and stakeholder engagement skills

Senior Investigator, Investigations - Intelligence and Investigative Operations – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in major and organized crime investigations
• Experience in multi-agency investigations
• Working knowledge of Major Case Management (MCM) principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
• Bilingualism in English and French
