Senior IT Business Analyst – Mobile Banking (iOS/Android):
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior IT Business Analyst – Mobile Banking (iOS/Android) for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior IT Business Analyst – Mobile Banking (iOS/Android) - Job Description:
In this role, you will join the bank's Digital team to enhance mobile banking app experiences for clients. You will be involved in requirements analysis for medium to large projects, focusing on planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management.

Senior IT Business Analyst – Mobile Banking (iOS/Android) - Responsibilities:
• Perform stakeholder analysis to identify impacted groups and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Develop requirements plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of detail and accuracy of estimates.
• Manage risks, assumptions, and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties.
• Define the business analysis approach including tasks and deliverables based on the project and delivery methodology.
• Lead requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to identify business priorities.
• Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, review, and prioritization.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze and document detailed business requirements and system requirements using enterprise standard requirements methodology.
• Verify requirements for quality and validate requirements with the impacted stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation to support future initiatives, following the enterprise and digital standards.
• Resolve conflicts/issues on behalf of BA team and escalate as required.
• Support Design, Development, and QE activities by providing requirements clarifications.
• Support QE test activities including planning, defect triage, and root-cause analysis for requirements-related issues.
• Support the consistency of standards and adherence to enterprise requirements methodology within own BA team.
• Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members and stakeholders.

Senior IT Business Analyst – Mobile Banking (iOS/Android) - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
• 6+ years of experience as a BA/BSA
• 3+ years of experience on Agile projects
• Strong experience with Mobile and Online banking projects iOS/Android
• Proven ability to gather Business requirements and Systems requirements independently
• Recent Banking experience (experience at this bank is an asset)
• Excellent communication skills required; will be working with BU stakeholders and IT stakeholders
• Jira/Confluence

Senior IT Business Analyst – Mobile Banking (iOS/Android) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with enterprise standard requirements methodology
• Familiarity with digital product experience
• Background in financial services
• Passion for mobile banking
• Experience in stakeholder management
