Senior IT Manager, Sourcing – IT Contract Sourcing/Negotiation
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior IT Manager, Sourcing – IT Contract Sourcing/Negotiation for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office. 

Senior IT Manager, Sourcing – IT Contract Sourcing/Negotiation - Job Description:
The project involves end-to-end contract negotiations, including drafting, reviewing, and amending high technology IT contracts. The role supports the Global Fiber and Digital Banking departments at the bank, focusing on sourcing technology needs such as software, hardware, and infrastructure.

Senior IT Manager, Sourcing – IT Contract Sourcing/Negotiation - Responsibilities:
• Partner with senior management to develop negotiation and contract strategies for high-risk and complex sourcing initiatives
• Gather and analyze data to create playbooks and strategies for various business models
• Develop and negotiate complex contract strategies to provide cost-effective and sustainable solutions
• Identify and analyze strategic issues related to supplier strategies and recommend solutions to senior management
• Prepare, coordinate, and conduct complex supplier negotiations
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and suppliers

Senior IT Manager, Sourcing – IT Contract Sourcing/Negotiation - Mandatory Skills:
• 10-15 years of procurement sourcing experience
• Minimum 5 years of IT technology sourcing experience
• Experience with contract authoring and editing
• Proven ability to lead negotiations for deals with a total contract value of $5 million or more
• Strong contract redlining experience
• Experience in leading cross-functional stakeholder interactions
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Senior IT Manager, Sourcing – IT Contract Sourcing/Negotiation – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with iValua or similar sourcing tools
• Proven experience sourcing and negotiating deals with AI providers

This is a 12-month contract position.
