Senior Manager / Delivery Lead:
On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a Senior Manager / Delivery Lead for a 7-month role. This position is a hybrid position with a minimum of 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Manager / Delivery Lead - Job Description:
This role supports the client's Contact Center Platform Modernization Initiative, a multi-year cloud and automation transformation project. The initiative involves migrating the legacy contact center to a cloud-based Salesforce infrastructure.

Senior Manager / Delivery Lead - Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end delivery execution across assigned scope, ensuring work is delivered predictably and safely.
• Translate priorities into delivery plans, sequencing, and forecasts; manage constraints and drive timely decisions.
• Establish and maintain delivery cadence and lightweight governance, improving predictability and flow over time.
• Proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments; drive resolution and structured escalation.
• Provide consistent delivery visibility to stakeholders and enterprise partners.
• Partner with enterprise stakeholders to ensure delivery includes operational readiness and control alignment.
• Support delivery resource stewardship by contributing to estimation, capacity planning, and vendor coordination.

Senior Manager / Delivery Lead - Mandatory Skills:
• 7–10 years of technology delivery/program execution experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or comparable CRM/contact center platforms.
• Understanding of cloud contact center architecture.
• Familiarity with AI/ML in contact center operations.
• Knowledge of contact center operations.
• Experience managing multi-system integrations.
• Stakeholder communication and transparency.

Senior Manager / Delivery Lead – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Advanced degree or PMP/Scrum certification.
• Financial services or fintech experience.
• Compliance/risk/security partnership background.
• Canadian market exposure.

Senior Manager / Delivery Lead – Assignment Length:
This is a 7-month contract position.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
