Senior Murex Developer:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Murex Developer for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Murex Developer - Job Description:
The project involves working on an Application Software Development project for Technology & Operations Development Plan. The role includes upgrading the current Murex platform and involves both development and enhancement tasks.

Senior Murex Developer - Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance Murex system functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Perform system testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and problem-solving for Murex-related issues.
• Document all development processes and system configurations.

Senior Murex Developer - Mandatory Skills:
• Extensive experience with Murex platform development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in programming languages used in Murex.
• Experience with system testing and debugging.

Senior Murex Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with financial services industry practices.
• Experience with hybrid work environments.
• Knowledge of other trading platforms.
• Project management skills.

Senior Murex Developer – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time employment.
