Senior .Net Developer:
On behalf of our Manufacturing client, Procom is searching for a Senior .Net Developer for a 5 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Cambridge office.

Senior .Net Developer - Job Description:
Seeking a self-driven problem solver to join the AGV Fleet Management – Core Development Team. The successful candidate will work on developing and scaling new microservices as part of client's Digital Transformation Journey, collaborating closely with users on the production floor.

Senior .Net Developer - Responsibilities:
• System Design
• Implementation
• Integration
• System support and maintenance

Senior .Net Developer - Mandatory Skills:
• Expert knowledge in at least 2 of .NET 6+ APIs, SPA web development Angular, .NET MAUI or Xamarin
• Minimum 2 years of experience in developing multi-threaded & concurrent applications, socket programming, asynchronous applications, and implementing design patterns
• Experience with Linux runtime environment, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and system design
• Strong interpersonal skills, decision-making ability, and problem-solving skills
• Must work well both autonomously and in a team environment

Senior .Net Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with DevOps tools for software build, deployment, and maintenance
• Mobile App Development
• Familiarity with industrial protocols (OPC, PLC, Modbus)
• Experience with message queues (MQTT, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
• Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and RHEL

Senior .Net Developer – Assignment Length:
This is a 5 month contract position.

Senior .Net Developer - Start Date:
ASAP.

Senior .Net Developer - Assignment Location:
Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days in the office.
