Senior PM - AI & Automation:
On behalf of our Information Technology client, Procom is searching for a Senior PM - AI & Automation for a 6 month contract. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Edmonton or Calgary office.

Senior PM - AI & Automation - Job Description:
This role involves leading AI and automation initiatives within a modern, Google-centric enterprise ecosystem. The Senior PM will drive the end-to-end execution of complex technical projects, focusing on delivering high-quality results using Agile methodologies.

Senior PM - AI & Automation - Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional teams through the lifecycle of AI and automation initiatives using Scrum methodologies.
• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies to ensure predictable delivery.
• Track and analyze team velocity and manage capacity planning.
• Identify and resolve impediments and blockers to meet sprint commitments.
• Manage project boundaries, budgets, and forecasts to protect against scope creep.
• Serve as the central point of alignment for stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Champion Agile maturity and continuous improvement within the IT team.

Senior PM - AI & Automation - Mandatory Skills:
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM II, or PMI-ACP) and PMP certification.
• 7+ years of project management experience in AI, machine learning, or automation projects.
• Expertise in the Google Workspace ecosystem and familiarity with Google's AI tools.
• Proficiency in Agile tracking tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to bridge technical teams and business leaders.

Senior PM - AI & Automation – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AI environments.
• Experience in enterprise integration projects.
• Familiarity with Gemini for Workspace.
• Experience in a Google-centric enterprise ecosystem.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Senior PM - AI & Automation – Assignment Length:
This is a 6 month contract with potential extensions. 

Senior PM - AI & Automation - Assignment Location:
Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, with a hybrid arrangement requiring 3 days in the office.
