Senior Product Designer:
On behalf of our financial client, Procom is searching for a Senior Product Designer for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Austin, TX office.

Senior Product Designer - Job Description:
The Senior Product Designer will be part of the MarTech Planning and Enablement Team, focusing on designing intuitive, scalable authoring experiences within Sanity Studio. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to simplify complex workflows, guide UX decisions for new capabilities, and support the continuous evolution of the platform.

Senior Product Designer - Responsibilities:
• Drive the design of intuitive content authoring, editing, review, approval, and publishing experiences within Sanity Studio.
• Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Define authoring interaction patterns, UX standards, and design principles.
• Balance business objectives, user needs, governance requirements, and technical constraints.
• Partner with experience and design system teams to translate patterns and components into effective authoring controls.
• Conduct discovery activities to understand user needs and workflow challenges.
• Validate concepts and prototypes with stakeholders and end users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Senior Product Designer - Mandatory Skills:
• 7+ years of Product Design, UX Design, Service Design, or related experience.
• Experience with content-first authoring within headless CMS systems.
• Proven experience designing enterprise applications or content management solutions.
• Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and usability principles.
• Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.

Senior Product Designer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with content operations, digital asset management, metadata, and taxonomy.
• Experience with Contentful or Sanity Studio.
• Experience establishing and evolving UX patterns and UI components.
• Strong UX decision-making capabilities informed by research and analytics.
• Skilled at balancing user needs, operational efficiency, and business objectives.

Senior Product Designer – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

Austin, TX, United States. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence 4 days a week.
