Senior Products Manager:
On behalf of our Healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Senior Products Manager for a 4-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Products Manager - Job Description:
The Senior Products Manager will focus on the Enterprise Pub/Sub Applications Team, tasked with integrating The Agency services with FHIR-based systems. This role involves managing complex digital health products and ensuring seamless interoperability within Ontario's healthcare landscape.

Senior Products Manager - Responsibilities:
• Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for enterprise integration products
• Manage feature prioritization, backlog, and scope trade-offs
• Facilitate stakeholder and requirements management across various groups
• Oversee iterative product delivery, including epics, features, and user stories
• Ensure operational readiness and manage product metrics and feedback

Senior Products Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Senior product management experience for digital health or enterprise integration products
• Stakeholder and requirements management experience
• Ontario digital health and interoperability experience
• Iterative product delivery experience

Senior Products Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with FHIR APIs and HL7 v2 concepts
• Knowledge of privacy and security considerations in digital health
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Experience in conflict resolution

Senior Products Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 4-month contract position.

Senior Products Manager - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 3 days in the office.
