On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Program Manager - Digital Transformation, Website Migration for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 1 day onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Program Manager - Digital Transformation, Website Migration - Job Description:
The Senior Program Manager will lead a strategic website migration program within Private Wealth, overseeing the migration of approximately 1,000 advisor websites to a new CMS platform. This role involves managing vendor relationships and ensuring successful project delivery within aggressive timelines.

Senior Program Manager - Digital Transformation, Website Migration - Responsibilities:
• Lead project planning, timeline development, and execution of the website migration
• Manage vendor relationships and stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate onboarding, change management alignment, and risk management
• Facilitate communications across business and technology teams
• Ensure alignment between the bank and vendor delivery schedules
• Act as the central point of coordination across marketing, advisor enablement, training, and technology teams

Senior Program Manager - Digital Transformation, Website Migration - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience
• Experience with large-scale digital transformation or website migration projects
• Advanced proficiency with MS Project and detailed project planning
• Strong vendor management experience
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional teams
• Experience within financial services or related regulated industries

Senior Program Manager - Digital Transformation, Website Migration – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in Private Wealth Management or Investment Advisory
• Marketing or digital platform implementation experience
• CMS platform migration experience (AEM, Broadridge, Sitecore, Contentful, etc.)
• Change Management and Training coordination exposure
• PMP certification

This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension.
