Senior Program Manager - Healthcare:
On behalf of our Healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Senior Program Manager for a 7-month role. This position is a hybrid position with up to 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Program Manager - Healthcare - Job Description:
The Senior Program Manager will lead critical EHR Modernization initiatives within the Patient Access & Navigation Services team. This role involves overseeing digital health projects, focusing on the deployment of clinical software systems and enhancing patient access services.

Senior Program Manager - Healthcare - Responsibilities:
• Lead and support EHR Modernization initiatives, managing activities, issues, risks, and service change requests.
• Work with internal stakeholders for project progress reporting and budgeting oversight.
• Define, implement, and operate program governance.
• Establish and manage relationships with product owners and external partners.
• Engage with Legal, Privacy, and Security authorities for program evaluations.

Senior Program Manager - Healthcare - Mandatory Skills:
• 7 to 10 years of experience in managing digital health projects, including deploying clinical software systems.
• Experience working with healthcare professionals in the field.
• Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records systems.
• Experience with project management concepts such as risk management and change management.
• Excellent leadership, team building, and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor relations skills.
• Experience developing budgets based on multiple funding channels.

Senior Program Manager - Healthcare – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of Ontario’s healthcare landscape.
• Professional certifications like Project Management Professional.
• Experience with health system business implementation projects.
• Working knowledge of privacy policies and legislative processes.
• Experience operating in highly political environments.

Senior Program Manager - Healthcare – Assignment Length:
This is a 7-month contract position with an option to extend.
