Senior Program Manager:
On behalf of our Public Sector client, Procom is searching for a Senior Program Manager for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite at our client’s Orillia, Ontario office.

Senior Program Manager - Job Description:
This role involves working on a critical project regarding the development of facial recognition and biometric systems. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for advising and supporting the implementation of biometric design requirements and ensuring alignment with OPS standards.

Senior Program Manager - Responsibilities:
• Define and create functional, technical, and application models and specifications for facial recognition and biometric systems development.
• Support the implementation of facial recognition and biometric matching capabilities within an Azure cloud environment.
• Advise and support implementation of specific biometric design requirements, including enrollment, template management, and 1:1 verification.
• Work with the project team in completing all relevant and required documentation in alignment with OPS standards.
• Ensure PIA, TRA, and PEN TEST documents are prepared, focusing on privacy, consent, and data-protection obligations.
• Support the testing team during system, biometric performance, and UAT testing.
• Create and validate business scenarios and use cases for facial recognition and biometric matching.

Senior Program Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in advising and supporting biometric design requirements.
• Ability to define and create specifications for facial recognition and biometric systems.
• Experience with Azure cloud environments.
• Creation of technical specifications for biometric system development.
• Knowledge of OPS standards.

Senior Program Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in the public sector, particularly with law enforcement agencies.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience with biometric solution architecture.
• Knowledge of privacy and data protection obligations.

Senior Program Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

Orillia, Ontario, with hybrid work arrangements requiring 2-3 days in the office.
